In September, we announced the beta launch of the all-new Workopolis Recruitment Centre. With a fresh new look and feel, Recruitment Centre allows you to post jobs, manage applicants and postings, and search thousands of resumes – in one convenient place.
We continue building on Recruitment Centre’s intuitive interface, making it more flexible and even easier to use. Recently, we introduced new features and enhancements that will improve your experience.
Here’s a quick recap of the most recent Recruitment Centre additions:
-
Applicant resume viewer
This new feature creates a viewable online PDF of uploaded resumes, allowing recruiters to view resumes in their original formatting and layout.
-
Applicant status
To further streamline candidate screening, recruiters can now rank where applicants are in the hiring process (e.g. invited to interview, interviewed, offer sent, hired, etc.).
-
The Workopolis news widget
A space in the dashboard for the latest and greatest from the Workopolis blog, as well as updates on new Recruitment Centre features and enhancements.
And we’re also incorporating your feedback to refine existing features, including:
-
Automatically marking applicants as viewed when you download their resume
This prevents applicants showing up as new and unviewed once you have downloaded their resume – even if you haven’t gone directly to the Applicant Review page for that applicant.
